Typically, I would create a list of 42 goals for this year. However, since I’ve fallen behind on goal completion in prior years as a result of the pandemic and moving houses, I’ve decided this will be a catchup year for the most part. Here are my 2023 goals, in no particular order:

  1. Finish my Bucilla Christmas stocking
  2. Finish butler pantry DIY (cabinets, backsplash, countertops, plumbing and electrical)
  3. Finish builder’s punch list
  4. Source and hang mirror for first floor guest room
  5. Source and hang mirror for M's office bathroom
  6. Install wire mesh over rod iron fence
  7. Take pup on her 12th longer hike
  8. Complete 12th Peloton yoga class
  9. Complete 500th Peloton strength class
  10. Complete 600th Peloton strength class
  11. Complete 600th Peloton stretching class 
  12. Complete 200th Peloton meditation class
  13. Visit Colorado
  14. Visit Germany
  15. Read 3 books just for fun (slipped to 2024)
  16. Try 6 new vegetarian recipes (slipped to 2024)
  17. Find console table for entry
  18. Pass CIPP certification test
  19. Learn some Spanish
  20. Attend 25 yoga classes
  21. Attend 36 yoga classes
  22. Attend 48 yoga classes
  23. Develop personal style
  24. Assemble gallery wall
  25. Finish decorating the master bathroom
  26. Go camping
  27. Learn to use my nice camera
  28. Take 12 dance classes
  29. Research rental properties
  30. New auto insurance
  31. Apply for adjunct position
